Her expertise is in the implementation, training and configuration of accounting and practice management systems within the professional services sector. She is particularly skilled across Xero, MYOB, Quicken, Sage, and the Microsoft Suite.
Amanda’s clients have included small to medium-sized businesses through to large corporations that require clear, practical and focused advice in the management of their business systems.
Prior to establishing Consulting Well Qld in 2009, Amanda held senior roles with major professional services and business consulting firms where she was involved in the management, control and supervision of the strategic and operational aspects of enterprise software applications systems.
For implementation projects Amanda has gained considerable experience in managing the scoping, feasibility studies and risk assessment process, through to developing organisational change management strategies and the roll out and delivery of practical user training. She has also been responsible for systems and skills analysis focusing on achieving efficiencies in existing software applications across all business units within an organisation.
